Active all her life, Stacey has been practicing Reformer Pilates for over 10 years now. She fell in love with Reformer Pilates after she fractured her spine in a serious accident and required major surgery. On the encouragement of her Surgeon and Physio, Stacey decided to try Reformer Pilates as a part of her Rehab program. It didn’t take long before Stacey was attending Reformer Pilates 3-4 times a week, making a full recovery from her accident.

Several years later she made the jump and completed her course at Australian renowned Breathe Education. Since then Stacey has taught throughout Melbourne at several Pilates studios, gaining knowledge and skills within the industry.

Along side being a Pilates Instructor, Stacey is also a Mum to 3 young kids and a Registered Nurse, with over 12 years' experience within both the acute and rehabilitation areas of nursing. She has also completed her Post Graduate Certificate in Acute Care Nursing. Stacey is currently studying her Clinical Diploma of Pilates.

Stacey is passionate about getting her clients to move their body, at their own pace, in a comfortable environment, helping them along their fitness journey. The best part though? Seeing her clients walk out of her classes grinning ear to ear, eager to come back for more.
